The training on Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program: T-VER in General sector (energy efficient, waste management and transportation) for Validation and Verification Body (8th Badge)
On 9-11 February 2022, Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or TGO by Climate Action Academy: CAA together with Project Evaluation and Approval Office, TGO organized the training on Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program: T-VER in General sector (energy efficient, waste management and transportation) for Validation and Verification Body (8th Badge) at Pathumwan Princess Hotel.
Thawatchai Saengkhamsuk, Capacity Building and Outreach Office of TGO
In this regard, Thawatchai Saengkhamsuk, Capacity Building and Outreach Office of TGO delivered an opening speech for the training. The objective of the training was to provide knowledge on carbon credit assessment according to the criteria of the Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program: T-VER on validation and greenhouse gas verification. The practical of the training, we are focuses to team work and intense assessments, both in written form and with presentations of the results of group brainstorming. There were 42 participants form government, private sector and institutions jointed. On 24-25 February 2022, the participants will go to practical of the training at Rayong province.
In this regard, Mr. Rattha Sricharoen, Technical Expert of Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) and Mr. Opas Jarurat, Technical Expert of Project Evaluation and Approval.
