Workshop on “ASEAN Workshop on preparing for the Enhanced Transparency Framework under the UNFCCC”
On 22 February 2022, Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) by Climate Action Academy: CAA together with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) organized the workshop on “ASEAN Workshop on preparing for the Enhanced Transparency Framework under the UNFCCC”. The objective of the workshop was to enhance capacity on MRV Report and Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETS), to experience exchanging between expert and training participants. There were 52 participants form ASEAN Member States jointed the training via Zoom Meeting.
In this regard, Mr. Thawatchai Saengkhamsuk, Director of Capacity Building and Outreach Office of TGO and Mr. Morita Takahiro, Chief Representative of JICA Thailand Office delivered an opening speech for the workshop. We received an honor speakers by Mr. Jens Radschinski, Regional Lead at UNFCCC and Mr.Takeshi Enoki, Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting Co., Ltd. Global Environment Department.
