Bangkok: June 21st, 2021, Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or TGO by TGO Climate Action Academy (CAA) organized a panel discussion entitled “Livable Design” for exchanging visions and ideas in order to create livable and low carbon cities via Zoom and Facebook Live. The event took place on the sidelines of the TGO/UNDP, “Sustainable and Livable Low Carbon Cities” webinar, held from 21 to 22 June 2021.
The panel discussion was honored by the 4 panelists including Mr. Narongchai Kunplome, Mayor of Saensuk Municipality, Mr. Teerapong Laopongpith, Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning, Assist. Prof. Dr. Rattapong Angkasith, Faculty of Architecture, Chaing Mai University and Dr. Jakapong Pongthanaisawan, Energy Research Istitute, Chulalongkorn University. This panel discussion presented national policy on climate change, visions and experiences in environmental operations at community level, design perspective and key factors to create a low carbon society.
