TGO by TGO Climate Action Academy: CAA organized the workshop on Verification of Corporate Carbon Footprint.
On 29-30 June 2021, Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or TGO by TGO Climate Action Academy: CAA organized the workshop on Verification of Corporate Carbon Footprint via VDO Conference. In this regards, Mr. Kiatchai Maitriwong, Executive Director of TGO delivered an opening speech for the training.
There were 46 participants form government, private sector and institutions jointed the training via Zoom.
The objectives of the workshop were;
1) to enhance capacity to Corporate Carbon Footprint Verification Unit to be able to verify the Corporate Carbon Footprint in accordance with the international standard ISO 14064-3.,
2) to support Corporate Carbon Footprint Registration.
3) the participants to be able to verify and service with the organizations.
4) The participants to be able to evidence for Verification of Corporate Carbon Footprint.
and 5) Preparation to support the work system with the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI).
In this regard, Ms. Anothai Sangthong, Director of Carbon Market and Innovation Promotion Office, Representative from TISI and Representative from SGS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. delivered a lecture of the workshop.
